Class Descriptions

SPINNING: Indoor cycling that delivers a heart pounding yet low impact workout, while maintaining the ability to go at your own pace. The routines are designed to simulate actual outdoor bike rides including hill climbs, sprints and interval training.

YOGA 1&2 W/ SHARON or NED : Learn how to connect your mind body & spirit through breathing techniques and postures. All basic fundamentals to start you off on a great path of Yoga.

YOGA 1&2 W/ THORA: Interdisciplinary Yoga- Her classes are a combination of poses, breathing and conditioning movements, all seamlessly intertwined into a total mind and body Yogic experience.

BODY SCULPTING W/ SHELLEYAn hour of strengthing and balance focused on arms, legs, butt and abs using your own body weight, yoga like moves and apparatus. (i.e. small weights)

MAT PILATES (BEGINNER & INTERMEDIATE):  Core-centered floor exercises using specific breathing patterns.  Great to improve posture, stability, flexibility and strength.

PILATES ON THE BALL: This class incorporates basic Pilates fundamentals and exercises to include the element of balance.

STANDING MAT PILATES: This class begins with some Pilates floor exercises that evolve to standing. The standing Pilates techniques are very challenging and functional.

STUDENT SPORTS W/ MICHAEL OR YURI:  Sport specific training in areas of speed, agility, power and
overall athleticism.

BOOT CAMP W/ YURI: A dynamic full body workout using military type calisthenics and cardio bursts, finishing up with a hard core abs routine. A military workout without the yelling.
